TWO STEP PROCESS

Pre-spray all areas of carpet and/or upholstery with a mild detergent that breaks up the dirt in the carpet.

Steam-clean out the mild detergent and dirt with water that is between 180 and 210 degrees Fahrenheit. A mild acid rinse is injected in our steam so that we do not leave a residue behind in the carpets. If there are tougher spots to remove as we are cleaning, we use a post spotter that is worked into the carpet and then rinsed out.

WHAT CUSTOMERS NEED TO DO BEFOREHAND

 We also provide carpet protectant, red and rust removal, red out and rust out. We ask our customers to please vacuum the carpets and move as much furniture as they would like moved prior to our arrival. Large or small, we do it all!
